I photograph because I love to photograph.
In 1988 I became ill and my professional
career as a biochemist ended. In September 1990 I purchased my first Nikon Camera.
The first photograph I displayed and sold was "Three Fishermen at Dawn"_______
I acquired an Agent or rather an Agent acquired me. She showed and sold limited edition prints.
We did not do well but we had fun. When she could get me a show or a place in a show I
would be so happy and proud of my work. Opening nights gave me spectacular feelings.
One day she said my work was not 'really that good' and I did not see her again._______
A camera is a most wonderful tool. Cameras are magic. I love to hold a camera.
When I look through the view finder of a camera the world changes; everything is beautiful.
I cannot explain why cameras do this to me._______ I did not make my 'mark' in photography.
I published only once. I dreamed that I might do well and I have tried for 18 years
but it did not happen. I take some good pictures but I am not a good photographer.
There is a difference._______I live in Israel.._______
