SHERYL ANN MILLER FROM OHIO
Flagler Street, Downtown Miami Florida 1996.
Sheryl lives and panhandles on the street. She has sunk about
as low as anyone I've seen. She still has shoes (most don't). That is
about all she has going for her. I don't know if Sheryl has AIDS. I wish her
parents would come find her and take her home.
