The prison sits atop a beautiful spot overlooking the Ohio River which the
inmates can never see because of the perimeter wall. Having been locked up
myself this photograph has a special meaning to me. The view of the prison
from my perch on the hill is an illusion. What goes on inside is something
else altogether.
